Minimum Holding Period Requirements

The minimum holding period for restricted securities of an issuing company “subject to”, a required or mandatory filer, is six months from date of investment.

The minimum holding period for restricted securities of an issuing company “subject to“, a required or mandatory filer, that is delinquent in its reports is one year from date of investment during any period of delinquency.

The minimum holding period for restricted securities of an issuing company that is not “subject to” SEC reporting, but files reports anyway, a voluntary filer, or that publishes information at OTCMarkets.com or elsewhere publicly available is one year from the date of investment.
